How a remote reading works

You share a floor plan with directions marked, a compass reading taken at the main entrance, and a short walkthrough video or set of photographs. We verify the orientation independently against satellite mapping before the call, so the session itself is spent on findings rather than on gathering facts.

The site survey step is skipped, which is what makes this faster and less expensive. For most apartments and offices, the drawings carry enough information to give you an accurate reading.

Best used before you buy

The most valuable hour you can spend with a Vastu consultant is the one before you sign. A pre-purchase reading tells you what is structurally sound, what is correctable and what would need money you have not budgeted — while you still have the option to negotiate or walk away.
