Vastu Shastra
Vastu is a Vedic system of architecture and design, recorded in ancient texts, that sets out rules for constructing buildings systematically.
Its underlying claim is simple enough to state: a space is shaped by five elements — water, fire, earth, space and wind — and every room, appliance and activity in a building belongs to one of them.
When what a space contains agrees with the direction it sits in, the energy moving through the building works with the people inside it. When it disagrees, that friction shows up in ordinary ways — sleep, money, arguments that will not resolve, a business that works hard without moving.
A consultation is the process of checking a building against those rules and finding, precisely, where it disagrees.

No part of this is improvised. Here is exactly what happens from the first phone call to the follow-up a year later.
It starts with a conversation. A phone call or an email about the site tells us what you are dealing with and what you are hoping to change — enough for us to scope the work and quote a fee before you commit to anything.
We ask for a floor plan with accurate directions marked, details of what surrounds the site, a brief history of the premises, and a note on your goals and priorities. The more context we have, the sharper the reading.
An on-site evaluation with a compass reading, conducted at a time you choose. This usually takes one to two hours and is the part that cannot be faked — direction has to be measured where it is.
Skipped for online consultations.
The measurements go into the tools we have developed over decades of practice — dowsing charts, bar charts, graphs and grading tables — so that the analysis is systematic rather than impressionistic.
A professional written report, prepared personally by your consultant. Available in 3 days for online consultations and 7 days for on-site ones, with remedies listed in the order you should act on them.
We monitor whether the implementation is actually working. Backup support for the same premises is free for one full year after the consultation — because a remedy you cannot ask questions about is not much of a remedy.
Questions
If yours is not here, ask it directly — we answer these before anyone pays anything.
Almost never. Demolition is a last resort, not a first prescription. In the large majority of homes and offices the correction lies in re-purposing rooms, relocating heavy mass, adjusting fire and water points, and changing what materials and colours sit in which direction. If a structural change genuinely is the only answer, we will say so plainly and tell you what it costs — but you will not find it recommended casually.
Vastu is a Vedic system of architecture and design, recorded in ancient texts, that sets out rules for designing and constructing buildings systematically. Its underlying idea is that a space is shaped by five elements — water, fire, earth, space and wind — and that when a building is aligned with them, the energy moving through it works with the people inside rather than against them.
The site visit itself is one to two hours for a home, two to three for an office, and three to four for an industrial premises. The written report follows within 7 days for on-site consultations and within 3 days for online ones.
Yes. Clients across more than 50 countries have been served, most of them through online consultation over video call. You share the floor plan, a compass reading and photographs; we verify the orientation independently against satellite mapping before the call.
A floor plan with directions marked, a compass reading taken at the main entrance, details of what surrounds the site, and a brief history of the premises. If you do not have a floor plan, a hand-drawn sketch with measurements is usually enough to begin.

Office Vastu
You hired well. You pay on time. You set clear targets. And output is still sliding. Before the next restructure, it is worth checking where everyone is sitting.
Home Vastu
You cannot move a load-bearing wall in a tower block, and you do not need to. What apartment living actually requires is a different set of remedies.
Send us a floor plan and a sentence about what you are dealing with. We will tell you whether a consultation is worth your money before you spend any of it.
